Security Surveys & Plans and Vulnerability Assessments

The Flagstaff Group performs Security Surveys and we conduct Vulnerability Assessments for maritime facilities and vessels, for industrial facilities, and transportation hubs, for airports, and for elements of critical infrastructure.

We prepare Security Plans in accordance with the Maritime Transportation Security Act of 2004.

We are skilled at carefully looking at a facility and analyzing several key factors, to include the vulnerability of the facility or system, the likelihood of the threat (historical and projected), the criticality of the facility or asset.

After detailed scrutiny and liaison with law enforcement and regulatory agencies, we present our findings to our clients in the form of a  comprehensive report, the Security Plan, outlining identified deficiencies and recommended improvements.

Our security specialists have considerable experience in coordinating and managing security measures in facilities ranging from airports, marinas, ports, railroad transportation and intermodal hubs, and other critical business facilities.

Our Security Plans that are prepared for vessels and maritime facilities are prepared using proprietary techniques and are for all vessels and facilities that must comply with U.S. and international maritime security regulations.

For both General Aviation and Commercial Airports, we assist the airport management in complying with FAA and TSA mandates regarding access control, cargo handling, employee screening, passenger handling, scheduling and control of charter flights, fencing, perimeter control, security patrols and signage, and coordination with law enforcement and first responders.
